Great time in Cornwall and I managed to dodge the cream teas and pasties, but succumbed to the cooked breakfasts and ice creams 😋
Hence a 2 lb gain, so not too bad. Daily walks along SW Coast Path with the Ramblers 🤩🌞🏖️ kept the gain to a respectable minimum 😊
Back on it as of today 👌

Weight has stayed the same, which I am quite happy with.
However, tomorrow I am off to Penzance with a group from the local Ramblers, returning home on Friday. Am thinking cooked breakfasts, Cornish pasties, Cream teas and ice cream balanced of course with plenty of walking ! 🚶♀️🌞🦀🐚🏖️
Hope I don't come home with too much excess baggage! 🤣

Well that came as a pleasant surprise 😲 didn't expect another loss this week.
Today there is a "Swishing" event in our village - time to offload bigger clothes and hopefully find some smaller gems, and all in the spirit of recycling 😊
