The protein bars I have been using is not a good fast breakfast. Way too much fat! 110 out of 190 calories of fat is not good.

Time to get back to exercising and eating better. I now have two very important motivators:my husband is prediabetic so I am trying to help him get healthier, and my daughter bought me the Biggest Loser Wii game, so of course I need to use it. ;-)

Tweaking my macronutrients a little, so trying a 50/30/20 ratio (Cbs/Fat/Prot). Seems like I'm just having a hard time digesting all that protein!
