Hey Guys,
I got up this morning and exercised! I was so hungry after about 30 minutes! I thought to myself.....I'm going to throw-up! My stomach was growling so bad that it made me feel very sick. Anyway, I pushed passed the hunger pains and managed to stay on the treadmill for and hour and did my stretches and my weights for 30minutes. As soon as I finished I took all the stinky clothes off washed my hands and fixed me some breakfast! I feel so much better now. Anyway guys tomorrow is weigh-in and judging by my scale, I'm not going to get the number that I was wanting, but I'll accept it considering that I feel great when I am stepping out into public. I'll keep pushing on and will continue to exercise six days out of seven. I may even exercise again tonight! Wouldn't that be something? Well I have to go, my boyfriend will be here soon to help me with giving my upstairs bathroom a detailed cleaning.... The weekend dinner party will be here before we know it. I want my bathroom to have that sparkle clean like on the Mr. Clean commercials LOL! I have a lot of tiles on the floor and on the walls and I feel that they could be cleaner than what they are. My boyfriend, on the other hand thinks that the bathroom is perfect! I tell you, men are something else!
I hope everyone have a great day. I have class later on tonight so it's not likely that I will be back on the internet anymore today. It's my day off and I have a million and one things to do. Any suggestion on the main meal for my dinner guest. I have decided that I'm not going to cheat, so I'll have me and my boyfriend covered on that, but what can I make for my friends? Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Stay strong guys!

Good Morning! I have to tell you guys, I EXERCISED YESTERDAY! I was sleeping in the basement and it seemed like, everytime I looked up, I was looking at my treadmill. Finally I got up around 2:00pm and worked out on the treadmill for an hour and then worked out using weights for 20minutes. I was watching a movie and the movie wasn't over, so I did the last 10 minutes of stretching exercises. I got on the scale this morning and was up a pound! I tell ya, you can't win for losing!
I am having a dinner party January 19th! This will be my first dinner party in my new home and I am very, very excited! My (married) girlfriend came up with this suggeston and I am on pins and needles trying to come up with some great ideas. We figured that we will make this a couples dinner. All of my friends are single and most of them are w/out children. All of my boyfriend's friends are married and they all have children. So,I am just going to invite all of his married friends which are sorta my freinds too since we all went to the school together. We won't be strangers at all. I have this picture in my mind that after dinner, all of the men will be hanging out in my basement either watching the game on wide screen or playing pool or cards and the women will remain upstairs talking and making drinks and enjoying the drinks and snacks by the gas fireplace....I am so excited! I think it's going to be great once we get it all worked out. It will be so nice to have a few of our adult friends over who are in relationships and can relate to our situation and we can sorta relate to theirs. Just a different way of hanging out for me. It's about time I change, I am now 35 and it's time that I change up a little....you all know what I mean....Don't you?
I am also using this event to help me stay focused on my diet. I want to look great for my boyfriend and I want to feel great for myself. My diet is going very well. I am worried though about not getting enough carbs in at the end of the day. I don't know why this happens, but it slows my weight loss down a lot. I always try to save the majority of my carb grams in case something good to eat comes my way later and sometimes I don't ever realize that I didn't get all of my carbs in until I'm about to go to bed....meaning, nothing good ever comes my way while on this diet!LOL! I can finally say that dieting has gotten a lot easier for me now.
It's about that time for TOM, but I hope that I will be able to exercise through it. I know the temptations are going to be unreal but I am confident that I will be able to fight them off. We will see how it goes! Good Luck to all of you.
