Just finished entering food and exercise for my daughter's birthday weekend at Grey Wolf. My challenge pound will take a couple more days but looking at the food and exercise on the calendar let me see that some of my choices could have been better but I didn't feel limited or unsatisfied and I did get active and even pushed myself out of the "kiddie pool" and onto some waterslides! The steps were the workout for the slide fun ha ha. Anyways I feel like this next pound is going to be the hump because this will be week three at the same weight if I don't get it. I could get disappointed but Im still on the journey and a journey isn't always a race!

Ok so looking at my numbers it seems I have had a great holiday! ha ha The next pound is now the mini goal and a challenge so any encouragement or tips are welcome. Thanks

I've lost six pounds over the last 8 weeks and although its slow weight loss its been a great learning experience and I feel like I can keep going and improve over the next eight weeks. Im doing the 30 min a day of exercise challenge to help me realize the goal of weight loss during Christmas and new year! This week I saw that the numbers I had put in didn't equal my weekly goal of a pound and I've been steady the last two weeks so its fired me up to add extra workouts in and we'll see just how awesome I am at putting me first this week Yea.

Its thanksgiving and Im actually going to get a shred in before leaving for the day....as Sheesh would say, "Whoohoo". ;0) I am excited for the first time and not feeling deprived or anything. I watched the Biggest Loser where are they now last night and my 7yr old and I were really excited to see that it really can continue and change happens. I am feeling so good about weight loss and who I am becoming slowly but I feel that this is the best way for me to sweat out each pound so I know that challenges can come but I will still progress one step at a time. Happy Thanksgiving I am thankful for me being able to enjoy it all today.
