carbs are the enemy
Carbs aren't the enemy but they certainly aren't friends either!
Some people are impacted by the cholesterol in their food called hyperresponders, while others aren't. If you're a hyperresponder eating meat meat meat won't be good for you.

What are some low fat, low carbs and high protein foods:?
Non-plant based: Lean white meat poultry (chicken, turkey, quail, ostrich), lean cuts of beef, bison or venison, leans cuts of pork (pork tenderloin or sirloin based cuts), white flesh fish, shrimp, egg whites or eggs, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
Plant based: Beans, peas, lentils, tofu, edamame, tempeh, and powdered peanut butter.
