Still going down- I've been busting out the ipod and doing a lot of cardio dance moves!

Had a brilliant idea- I was a music major in college and I love to dance so why not get my creative juices going-----I'm going to attempt to choreograph my own Zumba workout. I have some songs downloaded on the ipod and just need time alone to work it out! (Literally-haha)

Had my indulgence day on Fri and Keld said the loss would be slow at first, but then it should come off big time. Hoping this comes true after my measly .2 loss.

Did the indulgence day to trick my body. Only gained .2 so thats good i guess. This is supposed to help with stalls and encourage loss again so hope to see the scale drop the next week.
