Going to try this again. I didn't fail or gain back weight. I just need the community help. People rave about myfitnesspal and I'm like why--- so we can be more of a self-centered society and just plug #s in? I like to share and get help, not just have some app calculate everything. So, here I am. I've lost 50 pounds (55@one time) and have 40-50 more I want to shed. So--- I'm back!! :) gonna try weight watchers to get me over plateau and then decide best move eating wise after some time with their philosophy. I actually have no materials- just researching online their formula for points (no calculator) and how many points I can have. I will be starting @ 28 points.

Haven't lost anything in 90 days but didn't gain either which shows more commitment than in the past. Got down to 195 but technically I gained that back to 200 where I was 90 days ago.
