Bought Cumberland sausages instead of the usual ones so the carb count is way off. However, the time for throwing stuff away or freezing it (never to come out again) has passed. Life goes on.

Analysing what's going on has helped me to realise that I am not able to focus on controlling what I eat because I am too busy controlling (or trying to control) all the outside challenges connected to work. In other words there is too much pressure on me from other things and I am not taking care of myself.
I have 34 days in which to make a big difference and get myself into better shape. That's the challenge I have set myself this morning. Now that can't be too difficult, can it.
Going back to carb counting because low carb means I'm not hungry and if I'm bored or stressed I can easily find something to put in my gob.
