I believe my weight gain resulted from being in extreme stress and eating too little, until the point my metabolism slowed drastically and I kept putting on weight even with eating a salad a day.
Waiting to get my scale in the mail, meanwhile I began eating at least three times a day, lots of water and green tea, a bit of light workout and work on being less easily stressed out :)
I feel better already ;)
