Hi Peeps
Today is a real crazy day for me food wise ...... yesterday I bought some extra special bread from the bakery for my Hubby (that's my excuse) and then, that was that basically, gone from bad to worse as the days gone on ....... I just could not resist it, it looked so delicious (I'm just a weak foodaholic) I need to have hypnotherapy, acupuncture and a lot more will power ...... been so good since Mothers Day and then I blow it big time. D day is approaching the 25th of April when I will be assessed for my procedure, I really do not want to jeopardize it in any way so why do I do it!!! ...... Stress Maybe!!! ...... I Know tomorrow I will have to up my game ...... I Must Take Control and lose some weight ...... BFN MM x

Hi All
Tried 3 different sugar substitutes so far and I hate them all ...... Going to give my pallet a rest and return to honey for a while, the aftertaste of the sweeteners seemed to linger way after I drank the tea, not nice for me at all as I Love a Good Brew MM x

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO WISH ALL THE MUMS, NANS, SISTERS WHO CARE & FOSTER MUMS A LOVELY MOTHERS DAY
I'm not gonna stick to the diet today folks, cos I shall have all my mothers day treats as usual, My bacon and egg breakfast with all the trimmings, followed with a Full Roast Lunch with Yorkshire Pudding, and later on a piece of 85% dark chocolate and an extra strong espresso coffee, What a way to finish the day ...... Naughty but Bl**dy Nice MM x

What can one say ...... I knew that I would gain this week cos I've had a couple of naughty eating days and also a tipple or three!!! That is why it has brought me close to my 1400 cal limit ...... I'm going to nip it in the bud, from today I'm going to try to eat only 1200 cals or less and limit myself with the alcohol, but at the weekend I will not deny myself a few treats as I've said before, you're only on this earth once it's not a rehearsal and you have to live ...... but since I started I've lost 5lb (2.27 kg) and that's not to be sneezed at, so one hiccup in 2 weeks isn't that bad, so I will plod on regardless MM x
