Saw something about how many calories I should eat. My goal weight is 135 pounds and it said in order to reach that, to eat that many calories times 10. So I'm going to try and do just that. 1350 calories a day...bring it on rabbit food!! I can do this!!

Day Two...I'm doing it; I'm actually keeping with something. Usually this is the time when I start to stray from my eating plan. (I know, and it's only day two!!) Yesterday was a pretty good day. I wasn't very active, but I got a lot of things accomplished yesterday. I did quite a bit of housework, so that definitely burned some calories. I'm going to try and start back running. I really wanted to start back with P90X, but that just doesn't look realistic right now. School starts back in eighteen days, and after that I won't have time to devote an hour each day to exercise. My goal is to start running (starting tomorrow) 2 miles for the first two weeks. I think I can do it; no, I know I can do it!!
Yesterday, I really stuck with my new eating lifestyle. I want to live like God intended. I don't want to live to eat; I want to eat to live! i stuck very well with it yesterday, and only swayed for happy hour at sonic. I still however managed to be with my calorie count...YAY! This is possible. I can change my life.
Today's goals-
. Eat less fats more proteins
. go for healthier carb options
. Do some form of exercise for thirty minutes
. drink lots of water and end the day with a cup of green tea
Day Two...Let's go!!!
