To much emotional eating last few weeks! Need to switch this to workouts, yoga and just quite time! I hit a bump but it's not stopping me!Today is a new day, I have learned from the last two weeks they are the past time to look ahead to the healthier ME!

Didn't do as well as I could have, a box of Krispy Kreme and a pizza got in my way. Oh well that was this last week. I got a sassy new pixe cut (I have never had hair above my shoulders) the weather is warmer and I even got a little sun yesterday. On to the future with a smile on my face!

This week I had a few chocolate weekness. The diet was so so but I am changing to a new lifestyle not for a quick fix so it will take time. I got a short new hair cut, I am getting moving more, the warmer weather is helping. This week I want to really push more veggies and more exersise. Time to get MOVING!

Time to get things under control. I have emotional got ready to be healthy for a month, got rid of the old emotions that I feel were holding me back. Realized I can't go back just forward. Forward feeling like this is not what I want. I don't sleep well, I hurt and I can't hardly move. I know this is MY fault for bad food choices. I never in my life ate fast food, now I eat it everyday. I use to eat sweets as a treat now it's more like a meal. Every time I think of the past I grab a candy bar. That has to stop, I know I will fail sometimes, but today I want to have more WINS than fails. Small baby steps because I know I don't do well with cold turkey. So off to make this the BEST day!
