Bad day today sick as a dog... Tried putting calories in me. No exercise mostly sleep. Rebound tomorrow hopefully and get a good workout.

Down 4lbs in 6 days total of 11lbs in the past 13 days... Eating 1000 calories or less and taking in 30 carbs or less. Working out every other day walking for 20-30mins on treadmill at 2mph and doing weight lifting for my pecks to try and tone my moobs...LOL.

Had a few extra carbs tonight as my wife made carrot cake for my birthday. Cake was made with coconut flour and no sugar. Most of the carbs came from the cream cheese. Didn't exceed my carbs....yeaaaaaa!!!!
