I’ve been not tracking my eating as much and just keeping with my usual- intuitive eating, choosing variety of foods, and no seconds. I never need second helpings. If I wait 10 min I’m always full.
I’m going for some trusculpting on my inner thighs and my flank area. It cost $2400 for both those area’s. It’s a lot of money, especially since they said I should lose about 2cm per thigh but perhaps less on the flank.
I’m thinking I’ll do one round on my inner thighs and maybe 2 on my flanks. I don’t want to go through liposuction but I def want to even out my figure a bit. I also decided to have 3 sessions of radio frequency MicroNeedling on my stretch marks and on my abdominal scar. A package of 3 was $1300. So in total I paid just under $4000. It’s prob not the best use of money, but I’ve birthed three children and gained and lost weight and I’m in the process of reclaiming my body as mine. We can afford it. I have all sorts of saving.

It’s absolutely crazy how quickly 5lbs will hop onto my body. I’m fairly sure most of this is water weight. It was our anniversary recently and we stayed in a local hotel (staycation) and ate out for 3 meals plus snacks and wine and desserts.
I didn’t track anything so we will see what happens next week!

It feels crazy to even see the 130’s. I honestly feel nervous about losing more weight and tried harder to eat more today. I think 140lbs is a good weight where I should be able to eat 1600-1800kcal still, and be a nice medium size.
I really have a minimal appetite though, likely due to Covid 19 pandemic and maybe depression. And also we barely have any ‘yummy ’ food in the house. Since Covid hit we don’t really go out any more and we’re not eating lunches or dinners in restaurants. We eat a lot more veggies and fruit bc we never really buy junk food unless we’re going to eat it that night. We don’t even have much alcohol in the house either.
