I know my food choices are getting boring but at least I don't have any cravings. Whenever I see junk food any more it doesn't bother me. I can walk away.
Now that I have a new lifestyle, I can hardly wait to see my new body.
Have a great weekend everyone,
Michelle

Well I guess I'm still not perfect. When I ate the Cheez Its I wasn't even hungry. I just like the cheesy flavor and of course the salt. Will someone slap my hand, please.
I'm off to get some cardio done.
Have a great night everyone,
Michelle

My cravings are really easy to handle now. When they come I think about them for a minute then they are gone. It's great to be two and a half weeks into this and feel like I've made a break through. Freedom from food is awesome!

Well I still wasn't as perfect as I wanted to be this week. I even had a Big Mac Meal last night and still lost 3 pounds this week. Alls I can say is Isagenix is a very forgiving program.
My first week and a half I didn't exercise. Saturday I started doing a half hour of cardio. Let's see what the results are this week with exercise added. X X my fingers are crossed for a big number.
Weigh-in:
203.0 lb
lost so far:
17.0 lb
still to go:
78.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Even though I'm not perfect with my diet I am still losing weight. Just wait until you see my weigh in for next week.
