Well I would say I have followed 95% but there is not an option for that. My body fat is 33%!!! I didn't realize it was that bad. But I am doing great on the eating plan and feeling pretty good. I walked my 30 minutes today and it didn't feel painful!!

4 1/2 days ago I started the diet (because we started with our dinner Saturday). It's going really well. I can't say that the food is my favorite, but I am not feeling hungry all the time. So I guess that's the important thing. I have to change my mind a bit from thinking that food is entertainment and instead think that food is fuel.
We are buying a scale today, so I guess I will go ahead and track my weight. I hope eating this way really helps me to lose weight.

I am going on my third day of "You on a diet". So far, I am doing great not veering from the plan. Most of the food I have prepared has been okay. My husband really liked the chili a lot. For me, once I lose a few pounds it will be easier to enjoy the food. I don't own a scale, but according to the drs who wrote the book the waist measurement is the most important thing to measure, so I am going to track that, and just weigh myself once a week at work.

I have gained 12 pounds in the 144 days since I joined this website. I have not been using the site for support, and I am going to give this a more genuine try! One of my problems is that since my husband is a pastor, we are constantly invited to social engagements where we eat what we are served. I will just have to plan a little better!
