Tuesday was a really rough day; I got let go from work after over 23 years. The company is going downhill and we've had cuts every couple months, so Tuesday was my turn. The good news is I didn't turn to food for comfort. It was a beautiful day so I came home, put on my running shoes and went for a 4 mile run. I did good yesterday too, with watching my points and all. Tonight is my weigh in and I think it will be good!

I am training for a 1/2 marathon and today was my longest run ever. I ran 10 miles in 110 minutes. My body is tired and already a little sore. I ate a lot today, but hopefully the activity burned most of my calories.

I tried to get a lot done today but ended up mostly running around. My teenage son was with me and we were pretty hungry by late afternoon. He wanted Hamburger Station - bad for me! I didn't eat fries, and took the top bun off 2 burgers (hey, they're small burgers!) so that wasn't too bad.
