JUst had the best weekend my friend got married onfriday, so I had two days of not caring what i ate :-) its nice to do once in a while. BAck to eating clean this week then next week I start a 10 day cleanse

SO I need to get on here more and journal it keeps me accountable to myself and others.
Doing pretty good lately, its' not the number on the scale its' how you feel and think about yourself. Scales can lie i swear :-)
Currently training for a half marathon so I have 8 more weeks to train for that, I got some new running shoes. And you guessed it they are hot hot hot pink. Hopefully they make me run faster
Eating is pretty good, eating clean no sugar or overly processed foods or white carbs just makes you feel healthier.

Sometimes running away from everything you need most in life obviously isn't the answer. Just saying im not perfect, always have tried to be perfect, but am I a quitter no, just at another road block in my weight loss journey, just take the lessons and try and learn from them. The last two months I have been trying to run away from myself because I am just not in a happy place right now, but runnning has got me nowhere, but 25 lbs heavier. Its called forgive yourself and try again, My biggest problem I am a all or nothing person, so i either give 500% or quit, but its' called baby steps. So here goes again, fresh week fresh food fresh start
What I have learned over the years you can't go at it alone, that's what i keep trying it don't work trust me. Get a trainer get a friend someone to support and encourage you !!!
I could just write and vent here all day, yes right now I hate the gym hate food, lol i feel like it's a curse somedays, but It was my choose to start this jounrey for myself to lose weight, and its' my choice to finish this journey.
JUST PLEASE ANYONE JUST DON'T EVER GIVE UP OR QUIT ON YOURSELF, YES WHEN THE GOING GET'S TOUGH THE TOUGH GET'S GOING. BUT IT'S JUST NOT WORTH QUITTING, YOUR NOT WORTH QUITTING FOR. KEEP AT IT ALWAYS
