Journal entry, huh? Okay.
I started seriously exercising in March of 2013. I began convincing myself to do at least ten minutes of cardio a day. Fast forward to August of 2014 and I have to make myself stop working out at two hours. I do not do cardio. Please let me be clear. I am in no way a cardio bunny. I like to lift free weights and do H.I.I.T and Pilates. I am also currently in ketosis. I have shed about 40 lbs in the past two months..27.7 lbs of that was pure fat. I am now a size 2. I want to bulk and add more muscle. That is my plan for the next few months. I am also interested in becoming a personal trainer.
