I've been lifting too heavy weights, I think I am putting on too much weight in muscle, need to do higher repetitions and burn some more fat.

Like I mentioned, lifting fairly heavy so I think I'm gaining muscle (therefore weight) when I want to be burning fat...hope this trend doesnt continue.

I've been very down on myself and very lazy about nutrition and exercise. Today it STOPS! I'm starting anew. I've bet Joe that I will not have chocolate bars or soda for 1 month, this is just the first step. My new goal is 230 pounds which is VERY attainable.
