Raw Diet
I haven't heard of the raw diet per se, but I have heard of and met people who are "rawist” meaning everything they eat is raw or darn near; none of their food is cooked over a certain temperature because they believe it causes the food to loose necessary nutrients. Too extreme for me :-/

Haves & Have Nots
Hello fellow Fat Smashers,
I just started the "diet" on Thursday with my husband and we are still going strong as of day four
I'd love to hear what the general consensus says about some menu items allowed/not allowed in Phases I & II.
Are nuts allowed in Phase II?
Is peanut butter allowed in Phase II (if not when)?
Are turkey bacon or sausage allowed in Phase II?
What about condiments (mayo, ketchup, honey, etc) are they allowed in Phase I and/or Phase II?
