I actually started on this site in Feb. 2012. My Husband had died in Oct. 2011 and I had been eating to fill a void. I join church groups, went back to work 12 hours a week, visit my Mom at least once a week, and visit a friend with MS once a week. I went back to eating again and gain more weight than what I started in Feb 2012. I have started up again but I know that I have to lose the weight for my kids sake and my friends. I was really starting to worry them. I have gotten a kitten that I call Gabby after my husband whose nickname was Gabby. Gabby keeps me busy at night playing so that I don't have this compulsion to eat all the time. My goal is to get to 180lbs. I am looking at it as about a pound a week average. With prayer and the support of friends and family I believe I can make it this time.
