I had a eqster weekend filled with carbs. I usually eat gluten free but ate a lot of woolworths hot cross buns, breads etc. I felt hotrible after, but Im back on track today. I made some apple, carrot oats breakfast cookies for my 10 month old. And tried a cocunut flour shortbread recipe and it turned out pretty good. I tooped it with homemade caramel and chocolate. I went for a 5km walk with the pram today as well. Hoping to get some time to go for a walk 3 times a week. Having to push a pram makes a simple 5km walk so much harder! We're going to try out The Red Barn and Rosemary Hill's trails next. It's a mission finding pram friendly walks. But super excited. Oh and did I mention that Im getting married in 4 months?! We are confident that their will be no rescheduling this time. I have at least another 5kg to go but we are doing dress fittings this month which I'm not looking forward to at all....
