went home to Scotland to visit family and friends. 10 hrs sat in the car each way, with just music and food for company. Spent the week sitting and chatting with everyone, as they are either elderly or unwell, so coffee and cakes whilst no exercise. I hope to reverse this damage very soon. my walk to the polling station today involves a very steep hill, so that's a start!

Well I have now finished moving into my house, just the big unpack to do. My friends treated me to pizza and chips last night in celebration and to be honest I was shattered from lifting all those boxes, so cooking wasn't an option. So to have list a lb after pizza is an achievement in my book!

Well I need to stop this upward trend. I keep eating my emotions, which is my coping mechanism. I am going to try and reign it in now. I will be completing on my house today (my biggest stress of late!), I have a job interview this afternoon 🤞 and life is getting really positive. So no excuses now, I just need to concentrate on my hunger signals and only eat when my body tells me to and not eat for the sake of it.
