Well I had gastric bypass about 4 years ago and lost about 90 pounds and now I am stuck and have about 10 or so I would like to lose to be where I would like to be. I have wondered off my path since I am able to eat more things now and so I am here to see if there are any others like me on this journey or anyone who has any advice. I am also here if anyone has any questions that I can help them with. I look forward to being a part of this all.
