how did i do?
From what I have read 65% on fat, 30% on protein and 5% on carbs. Now how to make that happen? I am needing a program to input foods I like to eat and how much a day of each I can consume and stay at the level is a different story.

Newbie here!
I have the same story. I want to try this new way of eating. I have been tweeking and stopping items on my journey. I know this weight gain came from stress factors and uncontrollable circumstances plus my sitting all day at work. I am changing the way I think and going to take care of me. No one else will.
