Dining alone tonight...
Jalapeno bagel, ham & beans. 98.73 protein today, lowest in a long time, but so is the fat at 57.46!
Those numbers include tonight's planned cereal snack as well. 🥣

Great value meal leftovers...
$0.58 three cheese & mac, squash & onions and boneless pork ribs w/honey bourbon coating!!
Ate a little more than half, saved the rest for snack later...

Down 2.4lbs in twenty nine days.
More than an ounce/day, but only half of my restarting "Level 1 1lb/week goal"...
Several minor weekly losses to get here, just no time to post them.
Got two different weights, using the higher one (By 0.8lbs) so I don't get discouraged if the next weigh in shows no losses.
This was actually three days ago, but I had no time to post it.
Frustrations took their toll in the past few months, but somewhat better now...
So we're doing house chores more regularly, and hopefully the scales will respond well!

With jeans and a belt!
So this was probably my last weigh in while wearing winter-ish clothing until next fall...
The last few times have been in jeans, sweatshirt and sneakers due to me finally fitting into jeans (Yay me and I'm wearing them instead of sweatpants now! 😅), and also being in a rush at scale time.
So I wondered exactly how much difference there really is between summer and winter clothing...
Turns out that sneakers alone added 1.6lbs to my weighins!
Not sure about the pants or sweatshirt, but I feel better about my past few weighins just knowing this for certain now!
