Dad took me out for a massive Thai meal last night and he has no concept of me eating healthily... oh well it was yummy and I needed a pick me up after all this exam rubbish.
I am only half a pound heavier than I was a couple of days ago so that's not bad and I'm sure I can shift that today just by eating properly and going for a run.

Hi guys, I know I've been away from a long time but I was very busy being home and all that. I'm back and doing my exams and have gotten back to a decent weight after having put it back on over easter!
I also had my 21st birthday which was full of alcohol cake chocolate and chips!! Weight is going down slowly but it's going down and I'm hoping to be 134 lbs by my holiday on the 4th of June. Luckily enough stress kind of helps my weight loss because I am more interested in studying than eating and I swear stress burns extra calories :P

Feeling great! Feeling slim ish. Exercise is going well! My 21st is coming up so I have extra motivation to lose some pounds. Mum and I are bashing tomorrow but we're using spelt flour and agave instead of sugar 😊 hope everyone is doing well

Well with all my good intentions to start training for a 5k the other day, the day I was going to start I woke up with the flu... yay! Well now I'm recovering so I'm going to start tomorrow :) but lightly so I don't make myself ill again. My weight is steadying but I'm trying not to focus too much on that at the moment because it's generally just not as low as it was at my last weigh in. I'm trying to work out how to lose weight steadily whilst I'm at home and I think I'm starting to work it out. Hopefully now that I'm getting better I won't be as bored so I won't snack as much :)
Forgot to mention that I had my hair cut and my gosh it made the floor look like a carpet. I had so much it was unbelievable!!! Back to normal length again I've missed it being manageable. Much love to everyone :)
