I’ve been eating less than 1200 calories a day. Sometimes even half of that. Not because of weight loss but because I’m not hungry most of the time. I read somewhere that this is not healthy for my weight loss journey and might make me gain the weight I lost back. So… From now on I will try and make sure I eat no less than 1000 calories. Whether I am hungry or not I will prep lunch and supper just so that my body is fuelled with all the nutrients it needs. I am expecting to gain abit of weight first, but hopefully this helps me loose better and healthier.
