Normal Day AUGUST 26 2024 Yesterday MEALS (2) Calorie 1312 Carbs 16g Fibre 5g Protein 113g Sugar 11g Fat 86g C/F/P% 05/60/35 (M) 102mg/dl. 20min yoga 15min bodyweight 5ml walk 0ml bike 60min swim. Yesterday the current was very strong, the swimming club had to fish me out of the water. There were also tree trunks in the water. I go to Nahome Park because that is the swimmers club, kayak, triathlon and paddle board meeting area. When swimming or boating safety comes first. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️

In 10 days I leave Costa Rica. I have changed my eating window from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm (3 hours two meals). I will be working on putting together my Sprint Triathlons. Laps in pools, biking on roads then running. Adding to my training will be weights. I am not a gym person, but I need to keep the muscle I have. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
