Maintaining but hope to lose this week when I weigh in at TOPS. I am enjoying the FWB chapter; good that I can still find a meeting when we travel.

I think I'm actually doing fairly well since I've only gained 1 lb and we have been snowbirds in Florida for two weeks. 6 more weeks to go though! I'm trying to order wisely when we eat out and also trying to cook most of our meals. Still....it is vacation.

Recovered from RSV and haven't gained any weight. Down the last three weeks at TOPS.

Have had RSV for three weeks. Weight loss is the only good thing about it.

Haven't recorded my weight for 168 days!! Yikes! Glad to see I've lost a pound though. Holding steady.
