I've been doing so bad with my eating. I feel really out of control with sweets & carbs. I plan on going back to Phase 1 tomorrow except I am going to allow myself to eat cereal or low carb pumpkin muffins for breakfast. I just cannot stomach the thought of eating meat or peanut butter for breakfast for the next 2 weeks. I know this will slow my weight loss but it will hopefully keep me on track.

I've been sick all week with an ear, upper respitory, & sinus infection. I didn't do any exercise & all I wanted to eat was carbs. Well I was hoping that this would be my last week of Phase 1 but I think I need to do another week of it once I'm feeling better.
I need to get serious.

Dragged myself to work today...still sick.
BREAKFAST = 1oz of cheddar cheese & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup
LUNCH = Southwest Chicken Soup
SNACK = 1 pc of dark chocolate & 1 small slice of pumpkin pie...I know it's a major cheat but all i can taste is sweets...bad excuse but it's hard for me to stay on track when I'm sick.
DINNER = 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta with red sauce & 6 small turkey meatballs
LOADS of tea with honey
Hopefully I will feel better & do better tomorrow.
