Worked at Cafe today so my calories are low.
BREAKFAST = 1 SBD peanut butter protein bar
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with s/f hazelnut syrup & skim milk
LUNCH = Grande Iced Raspberry Mocha made with skim milk & s/f syrups (tastes decadent but it's not) 6 small slices of lean roast beef rolled up with approx 1 oz of cheddar cheese.
SNACK = 1 s/f chocolate
DINNER = Paula Deen's Chicken Florentine casserole
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
EXERCISE = V-Smile Gym Challenge game - approx 20 mins (I hurt from jumping too much- what a wimp!!)

BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi cereal & 1 container of Blue Bunny Carb Control vanilla yogurt, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = (weird lunch) 4 small pieces of smoked chicken & 1/2 low carb pumpkin muffin with 1T Smart Balance light spread
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 16 almonds
DINNER = Paula Deen's Chicken Florentine Casserole (an excellent recipe that I will post)
DESSERT = a Dixie cup portion of vanilla ice cream (took my son to our local stand & they were out of sugar free so I ate a small amount of the real stuff) 1 s/f Fudgecicle when we got home!!
EXERCISE = approx 15 to 20 mins V-Smile Gym Challenge (my pre-school son loves to watch me run, jump & play HIS game while he lays on the couch eating snacks...NICE!!)

I am so thrilled to be down 1 lb & 1/2!!! This has been a stressful week but my weight loss prevailed!!! Just a few more lbs to go 7 then I've reached my 1st goal!!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi cereal & 1 container of Blue Bunny Carb Control vanilla yogurt, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = 1 whole grain turkey & broccoli & cheese pocket sandwich.
SNACK = 2 s/f candies
SNACK = 3 small pieces of smoked chicken & approx 20 pistachios
DINNER = 3/4 cup of whole wheat angel hair pasta with shrimp in butter sauce & 2T of grated Parmesan cheese
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake

BREAKFAST = 1 low carb pumpkin muffin with 1T Smart Balance light spread, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 2T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1 large smoked meat stick
LUNCH = Jack In The Box- Grilled Chicken Fajita Pita & a side salad with ranch dressing (out shopping with a friend & her child & this is where the toddler wanted to eat)
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with 2T s/f non dairy creamer & a handful of peanuts
DINNER = SBD frozen pizza
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

Looking for a new job...need health benefits & feeling VERY stressed. I am trying so hard to NOT let food be my comfort.
BREAKFAST = 1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, & 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = McDonald's grilled chicken Cesar salad (no croutons or any bad stuff)
DINNER = Parmesan encrusted pork loin chop & mixed veggies (with corn) with 1T Smart Balance spread.
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake
