BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 slice of Canadian bacon. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 2 small pieces of beef jerky
LUNCH = Tarragon Almond chicken salad over a bed of greens.
SNACK = 2 s/f chewy candies
DINNER = Pesto Chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice
DESSERT = low carb chocolate cheese cake

BREAKFAST = 1 SBD protein bar
LUNCH = Turkey burger without bun
SNACK = 1 square of organic extra dark chocolate
SNACK = 1oz of reduced fat cheddar
DINNER = Pesto chicken & a side salad with 2T Drew's Thai sesame lime dressing
DESSERT = slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake

LUNCH = 2 hot dogs filled with cheese (no buns)
SNACK = 4 s/f chewy candies & 1oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
DINNER = SBD pepperoni pizza & a side salad
DESSERT = low carb chocolate cheesecake
