Did the upper body fix today for the 21 day fix program I'm doing. Proud to get through a whole video since I always run short on time and have to cut back.

Noticing a difference after 3 days on the 21 day fix food part - scale is moving again! Just started the first workout this morning - it was the Pilates fix and boy, it made me sweat! Ok, I'm doing this! Gotta head to work, but wanted to see that number go down so I'm logging it even though it isn't Tuesday. :)

Yesterday I actually was 154.6 but somehow I messed it up trying to record it from my phone. Been down a couple days with the flu, so nasty body aches and headache prevented me from starting my 21 Day Fix Shakeology program. I'm hoping to start today, but now I have to go back to work so not sure if I'll get to plan it like I need to. Prepping is the most time consuming part of the whole thing! And working out, which I know I am going to struggle with. Anyway, off to try to make a better day today, feeling somewhat better so that is a start in the right direction. :)
