Still at 90 lbs...I'm keeping at about 1300 calories a day. I don't really feel hungry; I am eating more protein and fiber than I am of other carbohydrates. Still working out with the P90 program--starting the 5th week now. I think this good progress, and would be nice to maintain this weight.

Looks like I did lose some weight over Thanksgiving, and I was afraid I'd be gaining weight instead!

I should start including hip/thigh measurements, to get an idea if some of the fat is coming off around those areas.
Hip measurement: 32 inches
Upper thigh circumference: 17 inches

I don't know how accurate my scale is. Going to have to keep weighing myself consistently and see how it goes

So my problem is this...I have a small BMI, but it's deceptive about my body fat percentage. I don't "look" fat because of my small bone structure, but I know it's there. I have been incorporating a daily exercise (roughly 30 min) routine to try to build some muscle, and I am also interested in making the most of my diet so that I can shed the fat and gain some muscle tone, especially in problem areas like hips and thighs.
I am 5'1", weigh about 95 lbs, and I'm 32 years old. I was in great shape in high school, when I weighed about 88 lbs (and did not have my thigh fat). I am not looking to go back down to 88, but 90-92 lbs would be my ideal goal, and to reduce my body fat percent down from over 25% body fat to about 20% body fat.
Starting this week, I want to make an effort to document my daily calories. I think I am eating healthy, but it's time to do more than just rough estimates, and get some hard numbers down.
