okay, minor reset. New scale! I knew my old one was not right! Still have a ways to go but I feel better now knowing I'm not as bad as I thought.

Another indicator that i need a new scale...between yesterday morning and this morning I lost almost 2 lbs...off to Target I go!

argh!!! 10 days in and i'm gaining weight even though my calories and exercise show that I should be losing. I'm going to try a different scale beacuse my swings by 6lbs in either direction if I repeatedly weigh myself.
