Time to refocus...been kinda bad the last couple days. But, I don't feel guilty about eating what I want. If I limit myself too drastically, I know that I'll fall off the wagon completely. So, if I want to have a buffalo chicken wrap, or a McDonald's breakfast sandwich, then I'm going to have it. But I know full well that I have to keep myself in check. These should be exceptions, not the norm.
I haven't been to the gym since Monday. I should work out today, but I have a bunch of school work to do...yucky...I gotta manage my time better so that I can get workouts in more regularly.
