Well I'm up in weight but I went to the gym yesterday and worked my ass off. I have never felt better.

Went to play kickball last night, but it turned into football with all the tackeling and whatnot. I was shocked to see we played from 7 till 9 and only stopped once it was too dark to see anything. I ate a lot of food yesterday but I think I burned most of it off during the game, there was plenty of running. Hoping to go to the gym tonight.

Yesterday was cheat day. It was the day I have set aside for myself to eat whatever I want. I didn't go nuts, but I sure did enjoy the chicken I had for lunch. It was SO good. Today I am back on the wagon. I weighed myself too, and from last Friday to today I am 172.8 - and pretty happy about it.

I did well until last night, then I went nuts with the sausage. I think the problem is that I ate one while the others for my family were cooking. I wasn't planning on eating another one but I ended up eating two more and feeling so guilty about it. I still came in WELL under my projection, but 40% of my intake yesterday was fat. Not good. Not good at all. Off to a better start today, I stopped at chick-fil-a and got breakfast for the office, but made sure I got the small fruit cup and drank orange juice instead of sweet tea. If I am going to pay for the calories and carbs from sweet tea I might as well drink the OJ and get the serving of fruit out of it.
