These last two days I let myself eat without counting: I’m proud of myself for realizing when to stop and substitute for a better option (I did however make a few bad choices). Overall good experience. Drank bone broth, ate Borsch (YUMM), and creeps, etc. Just writing it down to remember it in the future.
