I didn't say your weight goes up. The reason I said cardio and core because in a crash diet to lose as much water as possible you have to sweat. Core helps you digestive sistem work efficiently. I've done crash diets more than I care for, I was never in good shape to have my muscles helping me. It was plain low calorie and some dehidration. I don't recommend it long term.

Don't drink anything but lots of water. No meat just fish(not coated or fried) lemon, salt and pepper. Veggies and fruit only, **no bananas, avocato, rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, you get the drill**. If you need a bost on your protein eat non-fat greek yogurt. Make sure everything you eat is low fat, low sodium and high fiber. Keep track of your calories and be sensible. If you don't eat enough calories your body will starve and not let go of what you ate. Working out will help speed things up a lot, but don't go crazy with the weights, cardio and core are your friends for now. This is just a crash diet, but out of 5 lbs you loose, if you work hard, 2lb stays off.

Goal Weight decision ?
Hi, I decided to follow the doctors chart for now. I'm quite comfotable being btw 160-165 lbs, but I had a little health scare a couple years ago, so I decided to go for the gold.
My BMI will be where it's supposed to at 150lbs.
