Tomorrow I’m going to be doing my monthly weigh in, let’s hope for good news!! I feel better lately and my clothes fit looser so I’m thinking it will be good! 😊💕

Maybe I should be eating more, I eat 3 times a day and have snacks but I also do cardio daily. Lost more this time than last month.

Struggling to stay away from sweets this week, ugh I feel sick and just want to eat so much chocolate and junk food. I’ve been pretty good even though I don’t want to be!! 😂💕

Today was a rough day for me, I have very bad storm anxiety and so it lead to me not eating as much as I usually would. I also had to take my emergency anti anxiety meds to stop myself from having a full blown panic attack. I feel ok now just tired and feel a bit down. I was able to eat a salad for dinner (nothing fancy just a caesar salad no protein added in but I just wanted something quick). So if anyone else sees this and has mental health struggles as well, it’s ok to have bad days. We all have them. Sending everyone so much love if you are having a day like I had today! You are loved and you are wanted, Never forget that! 💕💖💗
