I am new to this and need all the motivation I can get, as I always seem start and then give up, but not this time,
I am 50 years old, and the beginning of January2012 our company had a gym installed in the building, and that is when I decided that this was my chance to do exercise as I always seem to have excuses not to do any exercises. I am very grateful for this opportunity to improve my life style.
I have always been obese and now have a daughter that has the same problem and I am hoping that she will be motivated by seeing that her mom can lose weight at the age of 50.She found this app and downloaded on her mobile and so did I, we now sit and compare our daily meal notes in the evening.
