Having a rough day since yesterday.... Court is happening again this Friday again regarding unsupervised visitation between the girls and their dad. The settlement proposal is not what I want at all, but my lawyer says I will need to bend a little bit because it could go totally wrong if we go to court. We wrote up a new settlement proposal and sent it to his lawyer and are waiting for a response. I get the feeling he is not going to be willing to take a hair follicle drug test by the deadline we give him so I’m not sure if we will have to go to court. We wrote in there that if he tests positive there will be no unsupervised visitation. We haven’t heard back from them yet so I’m nervous. Need lots of prayer! My anxiety is through the roof!!! 😩
