I had a huge awakening yesterday about the small salad I ate for lunch. It was all veggie, not a lot of dressing (and the dressing was a light vinegrette!) but the avodado, egg and black beans on my salad tipped it at 11 points!! It did stay with me for a long time, but I had to severely limit my dinner. That wasn't so bad, but I will definitely be bringing my own kraft dressing next time and choosing EITHER black beans, an egg or avocado...not all...save myself about 600 calories! But I think keeping dinner to a few points is a good idea...I definitely beat the bloat and woke up feeling very svelte indeed! :)
I have a training session after work today and am excited about it. Wearing my skinny jeans today and I can not believe that is my butt! It's already changed so much in the 3 weeks of training...in a good way, lol. Meeting my friends from my old job for lunch today at subway for a pocketbook and point-friendly 6 inch turkey sub on wheat...no mayo, no cheese, no oil...lots of veggies.

So excited! The fiance and I are taking our traditional engagement photos next Thursday at the Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of the Fine Arts! Just finalized with my photographer, who is coming up from San Louis Obisbo for the shoot. We're doing our theatrical engagement photos next Sunday (costumed shoot)...get to go shopping this Friday with my Bestie. I love shopping when you feel better about yourself, and photoshoots are a great motivator to STAY ON TRACK!
Been doing well with the water and eating...not getting nearly as hungry either, and am having fun with the cooking. Gym time with my fiance tonight...can't wait!

Weight had crept up, since January and I had been dreading making the official weigh in. A total weight gain of 11 pounds. I'm actually down three lbs since since two weeks a go when I started bring my lunch again and working out with a trainer. I'm trying to lose 20 lbs in the next ten weeks, and am on a plan to do so with my trainer, gym time and 1300 a day. Back to being hard core. The funny thing is with the training, I'm actually back into my size 8 jeans, because I've been toning up so much. Weird how that works.

Loving my walk to work and back, my healthy choices and the fact that I'm getting my water in (more than 6 glasses a day, when I run!)
I'm starting training two days a week, with a trainer next week, and getting back into bikram yoga. Been working out for an hour with the fiance most nights, too...noticing that my skin is looking great, my mood is much better and I've got so much more energy!

Wooo! Finally back in a schedule and back to journaling and tracking my food.
After almost 4 months of unemployment, I landed a new job, and am LOVING IT! I love being back in the city every day, having a schedule again, and the job is in every way ideal and I adore my coworkers, my assignments and my location (right by the bay, on the embarcadero in SF!)
Getting bored with my current workout routine, so I'm going to check out Crunch Fitness, tonight (which is next door to my office!) They have tons of cool classes (pilates express, barre method style toning classes, and yoga that defies gravity!) plus they have lots of lunchtime classes, morning classes and evening classes that fit with my schedule.
Been bringing healthy lunches, walking a ton, but I want to start working out more so I can drop about 15 more lbs before my wedding (I've got just shy of 4 months!)
I'm back and motivated!
