The drop in the last couple weeks has had nothing to do with counting calories or adding exercise. I did a reset (aka elimination diet) to source inflammation triggers. No dairy, gluten, added sugar, flesh of any kind, or alcohol. Found some great recipes that will continue into my regular routine as I now add back in potential triggers one at a time to determine my sensitivities.
