What is it going to take to make me see that I am slowly killing myself? I will try this again, hoping to achieve self discipline. Food is not necessarily the problem...it's focus...and discipline. I saw myself, REALLY saw myself this week aproaching a plate glass window and said to myself, "Can this really be ME?". How did I get here? The thighs and stomach don't lie. It's time god damned it!!! No group, or club can hold my hand. I just have to knuckle down and do it! No fad diets...just back to the basics. Have I got the guts?
