Only 22g spinach this time, still very green 😂
I added cottage cheese this time for added protein, hopefully not too many carbs. Cheese: jalapeño jack

Weigh Day
Happy for the loss.
This week I went out to eat for dinner once, making good choices & had Angry Orchard. Midweek I had three glasses of wine 🍷 one each night. Ate more carbs than I should have.
Ignored temptations this week: boxed chocolates, mini bundt cakes & mango 🥭
Next week I’ll try to eat less carbs.
This is not easy.

Let’s see how this plays out.
This week I had 1 glass of Angry Orchard on Saturday & 3 glasses of wine 3 days in a row. I don’t usually drink, but I didn’t want to waste the bottle of wine.
