⬇️ .5 lbs today.
Last night’s skirt steak is still with me 🙄
Daily coffee with cream & sugar is good, but maybe too many cards.
Still walking on the treadmill a minimum of 1 hour a day.
Calorie deficit is approximately equal to calories in, so I was expecting a bigger drop.

Protein tortilla, guacamole, cowboy caviar, chicken basil tomato sausage & power greens. 😊
Work is intense, not enough hours in the day 😩 feeling overwhelmed.
I’m listening to a psychologically intense book while on the treadmill 😊
