Did anyone miss me? I’ve been MIA for a month 😞 Depression is miserable.
Measuring food & exercise went out the window too.
I started using the treadmill again 2 days ago. Maybe I’ll start weighing food again, but not my body 😂 That would just depress me all over again.
I hope you are doing well 😊

Good news: My A1C is now as low as it was 10 years ago. It’s only a tiny bit above normal now 😊

Getting back on track. Let’s hope I can stay focused.
Still stressed at work, but one teammate is helping me with one of my tasks. Someone is leaving in a few weeks, so two of her tasks will be assigned to me. Hopefully the assignments will be temporary.

Too much stress happening.
I’m in the office every day now. COVID-19 testing weekly. Mask 😷 on when near others. Lunch alone.
Too much work, not enough hours. Overtime is frond upon.
One good thing, we got an air purifier in our work area.
Not in the mood to track calories in. Still working on calories out, mostly 30 min walks, twice daily.
